Holistic massage with Helena: A natural way to relaxation
It has all started in 2012. After years of training in the UK, USA and Czech Republic with other like-minded experts, I‘ve learned to share my experience through a combination of service and education.
My work experience:
- 2014 London – massage studio in a shop with a Polish drugstore Cremoteka,
- 2018 USA - mobile massages in Las Vegas and Los Angeles,
- 2018 Prague - an on-call therapist for five star hotels King David, King Charles, Les Palais, Carlo IV., Mandarin Oriental, for massage studio Chillin and running my own massage studio. After maternity leave I am back with a new name at a new spot.
Part of this fulfilling journey is a never ending quest for more skills and understanding. Throughout my years of practice I have always searched for knowledge from the best possible resources, attending specialized courses. I’m a passionate healer with an individual approach, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of transitions in the most efficient way towards a quality balanced life.

My Mission
Power in Balance
I want my clients to be partners in their own healing. I want them to understand how powerful their minds and bodies really are, and how each organ and symptom is part of a larger system. Healing chronic ailments as well as ultimate relaxation takes a certain level of sensitivity, which I will never stop improving. The final result should always be progression towards life filled with Power in Balance.

My Philosophy
What brings you for a massage and what is your goal from our session, are some of the first questions I ask. There is a big difference between coming for a relaxation or to mainly deal with some pain. Depending on that, we either focus on deep tissue and facilitation techniques and we look and search for what helps, where and how. Or you can just lie down, relax, communicate only as much as you feel like, and drift away in the flow of the massage. The impulses and signals we give the body affect its reactions and the results we aim to achieve.
The massage oils I use must be natural, of a BIO quality and cold pressed. My favorite is a Czech brand called Saloos. I fully trust its quality and in case you like it too, it is available everywhere in stores or online. They provide oils with various virtues, including aromatherapy or skin nutrition.
Music is an undeniable part of most massage treatments. I enjoy the resonance power of frequency therapy music, but we can also listen to a piano relaxation, whale sounds, tibetan mantra or more energizing chillstep.
Hygiene. Everything cotton, everything washed hot. I make sure to prepare enough fresh towels and bedding for every client. Cleanliness, ecology and your comfort are all priorities that I strive to balance.
Privacy is a matter of dignity. I ensure to maintain high towel draping standards. For getting on and off the massage table I give you a comlete privacy.
Peace. I maintain at least fifteen minutes gaps between my clients to have enough time to say goodbye and clean up. After each massage, you can enjoy a cup of tea in the waiting area of the salon. I do not cross a small amount of massages a day to stay relaxed, calm and energetic.
My clients know that I'm all about communication. I care about your expectations and adjusting massage to your special requirements. I understand and appreciate human differencies and I would never want to generalize what everybody wants or what every massage should look like. At the same time I am open to new approaches and ideas and I like to look at things from various angles. If you would like to share anything with me, let's talk about it.
Helena is one of the best I’ve ever been to. I was experiencing an issue with an impinged nerve in my neck/shoulder and Helena helped me even just a few hours before a dance competition. She really does understand her work, she’s patient. I would definitely recommend her to everyone, who wants to get fixed or even just relax.
